Cancellations & No-Show Policy
Individual Cancellations: At this time, Her Majesty’s Pleasure does not require a credit card for appointments of two or less. We’ve done this with you in mind, to make the booking process easier and quicker. For parties of three or more however, we require credit card information to hold appointments.
We understand that sometimes things come up that make it difficult to make an appointment on time, or at all. We ask that you please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Groups of three or more who cancel without 24 hours notice or fail to show will be charged the full price of services originally scheduled. Please allow us to continue to offer ease of booking in return for notice and cancelations. Thank you!

Make time for drinks
To take advantage of our award-winning cocktail bar, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to pick a polish, grab a cocktail, chat with the charming bartender, and settle in before your appointment starts!
Don’t forget gel removal
For clients with existing gel manicures, please be sure to book a gel removal service. This is a 15-minute additional service that allots us time to properly take off your gel polish and do so in the safest way possible. Please note, we do not remove bio gel, acrylics, or tips.
Luxury is customary
For anyone looking for nail art as part of their service, please refer to our nail art experience called The Jade upon booking. Whether you chose from our current nail art designs online at hermajestyspleasure.ca or wish for something custom, the choice is yours!
No wash, just Presto
Please note, all Presto blow-dry services do not include a wash. Please arrive to your appointment with clean, dry hair and we’ll take care of the rest!
Please don’t be late
Give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Arriving more than 10 minutes late to an appointment reserves us the right to adjust your service or have you reschedule for a later date. It’s okay to be fashionable, but please don’t be late!
We appreciate you wanting to take photos in our space! Upon arrival, we kindly request that you check-in with our concierge team and provide them with the details for all photoshoots and content creation. As long as you or our venue is the focus, we are happy to host! However, if you wish to shoot a product or other, please reach out to us in advance for approvals and fees at firstname.lastname@example.org

Our pooch policy
We love dogs as much as you do, but for health and safety purposes, we cannot accommodate them in our space. If you are accompanied by a service dog, please notify the concierge.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit, and gift cards. We do not accept phone orders.
